Mary Ann (Bastin) Hebert has spent her entire adult life in Real Estate. She opened Bannon & Hebert Properties with partner Donna Bannon in 1996 and in 2015 the firm affiliated with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate. The collaboration allowed the company to offer the best of all worlds to our clients. Personal and caring service along with the reach and tools of a national brand.

Mary Ann has always believed in giving back. On a professional level, Mary Ann served as a founding director and former President of the CT Statewide MLS. She has served on various boards, committees, and elected positions in the National, State, and Local Boards of Realtors including 2013 President of CT Realtors and 2012 State Realtor of the Year. On a personal level, she has served on the CT Coalition to End Homelessness advisory board and the Waterbury Salvation Army where she currently serves as Advisory Board Chair.

Buying or selling a home is a big deal and whether she is representing a first-time homebuyer or a large developer, Mary Ann treats all clients with the same care and respect.
