Mary Ann Hebert has devoted her entire career to real estate, earning a reputation for integrity, expertise, and genuine care. In 1996, she co‑founded Bannon & Hebert Properties with partner Donna Bannon. In 2015, the firm affiliated with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, combining boutique, personalized service with the powerful reach of a national brand. Most recently, in September 2025, the Bannon & Hebert team merged with Better Homes and Gardens Gaetano Marra Homes, relocating to a new Southbury office and joining a thriving brokerage with five locations across Connecticut.
Mary Ann’s leadership in the industry is widely recognized. She was a founding director and past President of the CT Statewide MLS, and has served in numerous roles at the local, state, and national levels of the Realtor community. Her peers honored her as 2012 State Realtor of the Year and elected her 2013 President of CT Realtors.
Her commitment to service extends beyond real estate. Mary Ann has served on the CT Coalition to End Homelessness advisory board and currently chairs the Advisory Board of the Waterbury Salvation Army, reflecting her dedication to strengthening communities across the state.
Whether guiding a first‑time buyer, assisting a growing family, marketing a luxury property, or representing a large developer, Mary Ann approaches every client with the same care, respect, and attention to detail. Over the years, she has helped hundreds of families and individuals achieve their real estate goals — turning houses into homes and clients into lifelong friends.
